The Oomph Factor: Making the Extra Mile the Best Part of the Trip
In “The Oomph Factor: Making the Extra Mile the Best Part of the Trip”, I’ll talk about what some of the most successful men and women do every day to keep their organizations thriving, and growing in the right direction.
I’ll lay out 8 things I’ve observed about people I call “Extra Milers” – those who routinely demonstrate Employee Engagement and Discretionary Effort, and go above and beyond in pursuit of their organization’s mission. A few examples:
• They know that “just because you don’t have to doesn’t mean you shouldn’t.”
• They’re optimists.
• They don’t worry about whose job it is, whose fault it is, or who gets the credit.
Through impactful stories, humor, and practical application, I’ll help the people in your organization make the Extra Mile the best part of the trip!
Objective: for all members of the team, managers and non-managers alike, to see their individual role in the organization’s success. To see how they can make the “extra mile” the best part of the trip!
