● Find Comfort In The Unknown: How To Handle ANYTHING
● How To Pivot And Stay Creative
● Women Killing It: Now Is Our Time
● Gag Your Inner Critic Improv comedy requires quick thinking, collaboration, adaptability, trust, and the ability to live in the moment without being a perfectionist. These are skills we can all learn to use to be happier and more innovative and effective each day.
Collaboration While Social Distancing
Building our changing future is all about collaboration. Katie gives participants the chance to explore new ways of collaborating virtually that will benefit them in deep and meaningful ways. She will put energy and fun back into your interactions (even if you’re having all your conference calls over zoom!), ensuring strong connections and a vibrant company while apart.
Embracing A Change That You Didn’t Ask For
All businesses and organizations go through changes if they want to keep growing and staying relevant. Some people get excited about change and some fear it completely — plus everything in between. But everyone needs to know how to free their minds and habits from how things have been done before and rock at growth. Here's how.
Get Lost: Being Comfortable In The Unknown
How to give up rigid attachment and learn to thrive in all stages of growth: personally and professionally. Being flexible and allowing for creativity and collaboration as you move forward, adapting and innovating along the way to building something that you can’t quite see the end game of yet, but know is going to be brilliant.
COACHING: Katie is also offering small group executive coaching with personalized content to help corporations as they transition into having their employees work from home. Katie coaches clients on two tracks simultaneously believing both are necessary for lasting changes: First, she helps people understand their organization’s culture and identify the problems the company is facing. Secondly, Katie works with the individual to tackle the struggles she is facing in her position, career, and often in her overall life. Katie works both from the inside and outside: helping her clients identify challenges at work, find their confidence, and taking that strength into the workplace to concretely fix what’s not working.
Katie's interactive keynote speeches and break-out sessions are smart, funny and engaging. Katie teaches us how to use the tools of improv comedy for innovation, collaboration, breaking out of creative ruts in the workplace, and how to "Gag Your Inner-Critic." She gets the creative juices flowing that make people and companies passionate, productive, and energized.
Collaboration in the Workplace
Improv is all about collaboration. Katie gives participants the chance to explore new ways of collaborating that will benefit them in deep and meaningful ways. She will put energy and fun back in your interactions and connections, leading to a healthier work environment.
Innovation
Allowing for Safe & Creative Risk-Taking: Improv games and exercises teach us how to become someone who is comfortable taking creative risks for our business, entrepreneurship, and personal lives. Nothing exciting or new happens in business without creative risks.
Get Lost
Crucial for a business and for our personal lives. Katie will lead you through learning how to actually love the stages of being lost and the thrill of coming out the other side with new ideas and ready for action.
Gag Your Inner Critic
Our Inner Critic keeps us from reaching our potential and living our best life. In a company, it keeps people from taking creative and innovative leaps, from supporting each other, and slows down progress. We can learn to transform our Inner Critic to a helpful Inner Coach that blazes the way for our personal growth and allows us to show up fully and reach our potential.
Women Stealing the Show
Women's insights are changing the business world. Now is the time to know the power of your ideas, and to trust what you have to offer. Women's workshops and keynotes in an all-female atmosphere give women a safe and fun place to practice finding their voice... and use it!
Outside The Box, Inside The Budget
Dreaming and scheming is a good thing but there are always constraints. Like any rules of improvisation, constraints actually help us be more creative. They offer boundaries and limit our choices, helping us avoid overwhelm. Katie will show you how to look at your budget as a useful tool to keep your creativity flowing.
