Juli McNeely Speaker Biography


Juli McNeely, LUTCF, CFP, CLU, is president of McNeely Financial Services in Wisconsin, which was founded by her father in 1974. Juli has been working in the financial services industry since 1996. She is a Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), having served as the institution's first female president. She is also an active 13-year member of the industry's Million Dollar Round Table.

Juli was named the 2015 "Woman of the Year" by the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) organization. Among her other awards and commendations is NAIFA Wisconsin's A. Jack Nussbaum Distinguished Service Award. She was designated one of the "Top 20 Women You Need to Know" in insurance by LifeHealthPro and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Investment News, Reuters, InsuranceNewsNet, and National Underwriter.
Alongside her work at McNeely Financial, Juli's passion for the financial services industry has led her to launch a consulting practice so that she can share her experience and knowledge with those serving consumers on Main Street America.
