A trailblazing female in the world of stand-up comedy, Carol Leifer is a sought-after comedy writer and producer who has written for such shows as Saturday Night Live, Seinfeld, The Larry Sanders Show, and the Emmy Award-winning Modern Family, for which she won a 2012 Writers Guild Award. She was most recently a head writer for the 2012 Academy Awards hosted by Billy Crystal, and has appeared on such shows as The Oprah Winfrey Show, The View, Late Night with David Letterman, Larry King Live, and "The Howard Stern Show."
